The holders of Specialist positions (i.e. Dietetic
Sister, V.D. Sister and Tutor Sister) in addition to the scale
salary should receive a specialist allowance of £30 per annum.
The X-Ray Sister should be brought up on to the scale
£20-£460, with the same
of salary of Masseuses, namely £380
privileges and allowances. This is a specialist position with
no opportunity of promotion above the scale.
